Nothing makes us happier than knowing our clients are happy. We ensure the full satisfaction of all our services. Please call within 7 days of your last appointment and we will be happy to adjust your service.


Appointment Changes/Cancellations

We kindly ask for your attention and consideration regarding scheduled appointments. To respect the time of our service providers and accommodate clients on our waitlist, we require at least 24 hours' notice for any reschedules or cancellations during our operational hours.

Providing this notice allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client. Please note that a fee of $50 (or the full value of the scheduled service, if under $50) will apply to same-day cancellations or any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment and to cover any applicable cancellation fees.

Corrective Color Services are an exception to this policy. Due to the extensive time and preparation involved, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within this 72-hour window will incur a $150 cancellation fee.

For appointments scheduled on a Tuesday, notice of cancellation must be received by 5:00 PM the preceding Saturday.


Our business hours are:

  • Tuesday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unopened. Opened products will be credited to your account for use on future product purchases. Defective styling tools must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, after which please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Brushes and hair extensions are final purchases.


Timing

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your salon service and 30 minutes prior to your spa service. Late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment times with no reduction in price.

Courtesy

We ask that you use softly toned speech and silence cell phones throughout the spa and salon as a courtesy to others therefore the use of speaker phone is not permitted while in common areas. If you need a private space, let us know we will do our best to accommodate you when necessary.


Personal

It is possible to stain clothes when applying color. Although we provide smocks and do our best to keep your clothing safe, we encourage you to wear clothing that is less precious to you, just in case. Please make full use of our secure storage areas as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.


Kids

For safety reasons, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.


Groups

Catering options are available for groups, otherwise food is not permitted in the Salon or Spa. Multiple client services include an automatic gratuity charge of 20%.
