To avoid any charges for missed appointments or late cancellations, we offer an extremely flexible policy whereby only 48 hours notice is required. Please contact us by 8 PM the night before or for a Tuesday appointment by 6 PM on Saturday. Outside this period the full service charge will be applied.
Products may be returned within 2 weeks for a full refund if unopened. If the product is used, you will receive a credit for use on future product purchases. Defective styling tools must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, after which please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Brushes and hair extensions are final purchases.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your salon service and 30 minutes prior to your spa service. Late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment times with no reduction in price.
We ask that you use softly toned speech and silence cell phones as a courtesy to others.
For safety reasons children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
It is possible to stain clothes when applying color. We strongly recommend that you do not wear clothes under your smock, if you do, we will not reimburse for stained clothes. Please make full use of our secure storage areas as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.
Catering options are available for groups, otherwise food is not permitted in the Salon or Spa. Multiple client services include an automatic gratuity charge of 20%.
