Guarantee

We ensure the full satisfaction of all our services. Please call within 7 days of your last appointment and we will be happy to adjust your service.


Cancellations

To avoid any charges for missed appointments or late cancellations, we require 48 hours notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the full service charge will be applied.


Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days for a full refund if unopened. Opened products will be credited to your account for use on future product purchases. Defective styling tools must be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, after which please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty. Brushes and hair extensions are final purchases.


Timing

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your salon service and 30 minutes prior to your spa service. Late arrivals may be subject to reduced treatment times with no reduction in price.

Courtesy

We ask that you use softly toned speech and silence cell phones throughout the spa and salon as a courtesy to others.


Personal

It is possible to stain clothes when applying color. Although we provide smocks and do our best to keep your clothing safe, we encourage you to wear clothing that is less precious to you, just in case. Please make full use of our secure storage areas as we are not responsible for any lost or misplaced belongings.


Kids

For safety reasons, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.


Groups

Catering options are available for groups, otherwise food is not permitted in the Salon or Spa. Multiple client services include an automatic gratuity charge of 20%.
